Mary Elizabeth Wickham

Mary Elizabeth Wickham, 50 of Tempe, Arizona died August 27, 2016. She was born on June 20, 1966 in Rapid City, South Dakota to Harold and Jean Wickham. She is survived by her daughter, Madison McKenna, mother, Jean Wickham, sister, Carole Price, brothers, Michael Wickham, Scott Wickham and his wife, Robin, sister, Jacqueline Wickham and niece, Kali Johnson, sister, Patricia Wickham-Monsegur, niece, Sarah Monsegur, nephew, Matthew Monsegur. Her father, Harold R. Wickham preceded her in death. Mary graduated from McClintock High School in Tempe, Arizona. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Arizona State University. She worked in the ICU unit of Scottsdale Healthcare hospital for 14 years. After earning her Master's degree in Nursing, she became a Nurse Practitoner in 2010. Mary loved her daughter Madison immensely. She had a great sense of humor, and a very sensitive heart. Mary loved her family, her dog, Prince, and all the patients whose lives she touched. As a single mom, Mary was very independent and raised Madison to be a fine, young lady. No matter what challenges were presented to her, she always managed to overcome them. Although we miss Mary tremendously, we know she is at peace with her Dad in heaven. God bless you Mary, we love you very much. A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 2121 S Rural Rd, Tempe, AZ.
