Artee Louis Landry Sr

Artee Louis Landry Sr 60 of Maricopa, Arizona and formerly of Detroit, Michigan passed away at his home on March 22, 2018. He was born on April 15, 1957 in Detroit, Michigan the youngest of five children to Emmett and Bernadine Landry. Artee attended Detroit Pershing High School where he was a vocalist in the men's choir. Artee graduated from Pershing in 1975. After high school, Artee began working at Guardian Alarm as a burglar alarm technician. Afterwards, Artee worked for Central Alarm before starting his own alarm company, LAZER Security Alarm. Artee worked at General Motors where he went on to become a skilled tradesman as a sheet metalist. In 2008 Artee retired from General Motors after 30 years of employment. Artee was married in September 1975 and to this union they were blessed with two sons, Artee Landry, Jr. (Woody) and Edgar Landry (Jamil). He later remarried in July 2002. Artee loved spending time with his family and friends. He looked up to his brother, and even though the youngest, he looked after his sisters like a big brother.
