Bobbi J Fernandez

Bobbi J. Fernandez (Durr) lost her 7-month battle to cancer and died peacefully on October 13, 2018 at her daughter’s home in Tempe, AZ at the age of 59. Bobbi is the youngest of seven children, born on November 16th, 1958. She is the daughter of Louis Durr and JoAnne (Moody) Durr of Peoria, IL. Bobbi is preceded in death by her mother, father and 6 siblings. Bobbi is survived by her family, husband Victor Fernandez of Bremen, Indiana, daughter JoAnna Masters, son-in-law Ben Masters, grandson, Oliver Masters of Tempe, Arizona, and son Louis Gomez of Gilbert, Arizona. Bobbi is leaving behind many close family and friends who she loved dearly. Before she passed, she wanted it to be known, even though she is in heaven, she is always here watching over us. She also said, if you want to talk to her, look up and know that she will be there listening. Bobbi was known for her kind heart, her love for family and friends, and for her strength in any given situation. She was known for her generosity, ability to always encourage others and never judge. Bobbi was a good listener, always making new friends where ever she went. Lastly, Bobbi was known for her fun, out-going, mischievous side that always made people feel comfortable and a part of the family. If you ever see a hummingbird, that is her, telling you she is present, you are loved and that everything will be okay.
