Eleanore Frances Glova, 96 passed away of natural causes on Friday March 16, 2018 in Scottsdale, Arizona. Eleanore was born in Monessen, Pennsylvania on August 19, 1921 to parents Albert and Barbara Bilicich. She grew up in Monessen, Pennsylvania and married Michael Glova on February 24, 1946. They moved to Allen Park, Michigan in 1947. Eleanore was a very dedicated R.N. She worked in industrial clinics and group practice clinics. In 2012 she moved to Scottsdale, Arizona to live with her daughter Barbara. Eleanore was a dedicated to her family and was a loving mother and wife. She was an avid golfer, bowler and card player. She attended St. Frances Cabrini Church in Allen Park, Michigan and was a member of the Christian Mother’s for over 50 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Michael Glova, also born in Monessen, Pennsylvania granddaughter Kristin Glova and sisters Betty Von Burger, Frances Fleming. Eleanore is survived by son, James Glova and his wife Kathleen, of Narvon, Pennsylvania, daughter Barbara Giovan and her husband Peter of Scottsdale, Arizona, son Edward Glova and his wife Rita of Lafayette, Colorado, grandchildren; Brent Glova and his wife Carly of San Diego, California, Andrew Glova of Denver, Colorado, Lauren Glova of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, Lindsey Glova of Lafayette, Colorado and great granddaughter Brynn Glova of San Diego, California. Friends will be received on Wednesday March 21 from 5 until 8 pm in the Robert A. Billick Funeral Home Inc Grand Blvd. and Marion Ave Monessen, Pennsylvania (www.billicksfuneralhome.com). A Blessing service will be held on Thursday at 9:30 am followed by a 10 am Funeral Mass in the Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church 44 Penna.Blvd Monessen, Pennsylvania. Interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Monessen, Pennsylvania. Richardson Funeral Home, Tempe, Arizona and Robert A Billick Funeral Home, Monessen, Pennsylvania are both compassionately serving the famly.
