Kathleen B Pulley, 90 of Phoenix, Arizona passed awayon December 18, 2019 at Bethesda Gardens Assisted Living, Phoenix, Arizona. She was born on September 3, 1929 the daughter of Robert and Nellie (Lowe) Barnes in Ivor, Virginia. She worked for many years as a Registered Nurse and had lived in Arizona since 1969. No formal services are planned. Left to cherish her memory are her four children, Jacquelyn Warren, Mark Pulley, Danny Pulley, and Bruce Pulley. Richardson Funeral Home, Tempe, Arizona is compassionately serving the family.
