Neal Lewis Breault, 52 of Norwich, Connecticut passed away on June 17, 2019. He was born on September 12, 1966 the son of Gerald and Nancy (Ives) Breault in Manchester, Connecticut. He was working as a Handyman at the time of his death and and recently relocated to Arizona. Left to cherish is memory is his sister, Colleen Civitello of Norwich, Connecticut. No formal services are planned. Richardson Funeral Home, Tempe, Arizona is compassionately serving the family.
