Yvonne Kirk

Yvonne Kirk, 97 of Phoenix, Arizona was called home to be with the lord on April 29th 2019 at the Summa Care Group Home, Tempe, Arizona. She was born on March 17, 1922 the daughter of Henry and Felicie Jones of New Iberia Louisiana. Yvonne was a homemaker whom devoted her life to the care of her 9 children whom she raised in The Bronx, New York. Yvonne is survived by her Children : Terry Lee Pollard, Dianne May Pollard, Hamida Lamb, Paulette Pollard, Sandra Olivia Adejero, Marian Kirk, Mattlin Kirk, Valerie T Kirk, 21 Grandchildren, 26 Great-Grandchildren, and 5 Great-Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her first husband, Arthur L. Pollard Sr, spouse, Stewart O'donald Kirk, son, Arthur L.Pollard, and her siblings: Freddy Jones and Josie McCormick, and grandsons, Joseph Cotton And Douglass H Thornton. Yvonne was truly the rock of our family her jokes and "Tell it like it is"advice will be missed dearly. No formal services are planned. "
