Bradford Bloemke Obituary

Bradford Lee Bloemke, born November 7, 1968, with his dogs by his side, passed away unexpectedly on March 24, 2021. He was born and raised with his family in various cities throughout Southern California. Brad graduated from Flintridge Prep in Pasadena, playing baseball and football. Brad then attended Chico State before transferring to Arizona State University. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree, he remained in Arizona and met his future bride Stacey Beatty while working together. Brad started as a manager in the restaurant industry, later switching careers to sales for the restaurant industry. This allowed him the opportunity to travel and meet many friends over the years. Brad purchased his homes and resided in Chandler AZ for the last 25 years. Because of his father Duane, Brad was an avid baseball fan. During Brad’s high school years, he earned money umpiring little league games. Brad experienced many baseball games during his years in CA and AZ including season tickets to Diamondbacks Spring Training. He continued his love for the game by playing slow pitch softball. Brad also ran a fantasy football league with his friends for decades. He was a passionate fan of most sports and annually took part in the mayhem known as the Phoenix Open. Brad had a sincere love for dogs, specifically German shepherds. He left behind Lottie, his 3rd shepherd and Millie, a rescue. Stacey was compassionate enough to adopt Lottie and Millie, so they can continue their friendship without Brad. Those dogs will sure miss their midnight runs at the park! He was preceded in death by his mother Leslie Christensen, father Duane Theodore Bloemke Sr. And brother Duane “Ted” Bloemke Jr. Brad is survived by his best friend Stacey, brother Greg, sister-in-law Lisa, nephew Ryan, nieces Shannon and Stacia, his great nephews Royce and Trey Bloemke and his niece and nephews Trey and Laila Micciche and MJ Beatty A Remembrance Celebration of Brad's life will be held on April 23, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Desert Breeze Park, Chandler in the "Mesquite Pavilion", 660 North Desert Breeze Boulevard East, Chandler, Arizona 85226. Please use ball field parking lot off Desert Breeze Parkway, south of the lake.
