He was born on April 16, 1980 the son of Richard Cottrell and Shelley (Kevin) Warren in Scottsdale, Arizona. A Celebration of Christopher's life will be held on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 1:00pm at Richardson Funeral Home, 2621 South Rural Road, Tempe, Arizona 85282.
