Clarissa Annabell Valencia

Clarissa Annabell Valencia, 42, of Glendale, Arizona passed away at her home on September 20, 2020. Clarissa was born in Douglas, Arizona to Rafael Valencia and Alicia Villalobos. She started school in Phoenix and graduated from Moon Valley High School. She loved spending her time with her 11 year old son Gabriel. Clare adored taking Gabe to his soccer games, to their community pool, their weekly duo haircuts, and weekly CCV Church services. Gabriel was truly Clare’s everything and the center point of her happiness. She strived and succeeded in instilling into Gabriel many of her outstanding and beautiful qualities. Clarissa was so proud and happy currently being employed at RV Tech Masters, where she met so many great new friends. She often spoke of how appreciated that she felt by management. She was excited and grateful for future growth opportunities within the company. Clarissa’s most joyful moments were spending time with her family. She only wanted to take care of everyone around her and make them all laugh. She would light up any room that she entered with her radiant smile. She loved karaoke and taking pictures and videos. She inherited her love for barbecuing great meals from her father. She is survived by her loving son Gabriel Valencia, Mother and step father, Alicia and Sandro Villalobos, siblings: Violette (Sammy) Pullano and Hector (Samantha) Chiquette. Nephews Hector Chiquette III, Sammy and Santino Pullano, Nieces Syncere and Syenna Pullano. Grandparents Gilbert De La Vara, Jesus L. and Carolina Valencia Multiple Aunts, Uncles and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father Rafael Valencia, her Nana Dominga Pedrego, Aunt Hilda Pedrego and Cousin Pearl Chavez. She was one of a kind with the most selfless heart. To know Clare was to love her. We love you and will forever carry you in our hearts Clarissa, also known as; Clare, Dad, Mom, Sister, Daughter, Mija and Huckleberry. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 11:00 AM, with the viewing starting at 10:00 AM, at Christ Church of the Valley, 7007 West Happy Valley Road, Peoria, Arizona 85383 Richardson Funeral Home, Tempe, Arizona is compassionately serving the Valencia family.
