Dale Floyd Kiefer

On October 5, 1948, Dale Floyd Kiefer was born in Toledo, Ohio to Floyd and Muriel (Hartung) Kiefer. On September 8, 1968, he made a decision to follow Jesus, and on September 7, 2020, he left this world and met Jesus face-to-face. In the intervening years, he studied engineering and theology, he worked in ministry and academia and aerospace, and he pursued a number of hobbies, including woodworking, music, and writing. More importantly, he was an attentive and loving husband to his wife Pat, a wise and tender father to their daughters Elisa and Emily, a devoted brother to his sister Debbie, and a faithful friend to many. He was known for being a deep thinker, a good listener, a patient teacher, and a person every bit as logical as he was creative. In all of his endeavors and in all of his relationships, he sought to honor God, in whose glorious presence Dale is now rejoicing.
