Emma Abel Obituary

Emma Rita Abel, 87 of Tempe, Arizona passed away at her home on March 22, 2020. She was born on June 12, 1932 the daughter of Carmine and Erminia (Serravalla) Parise in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She worked as a Registered Nurse for many years and has lived in Arizona since 1985. A Memorial Mass will take place on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 10:00 AM, preceded by a Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 9:30 AM, at Resurrection Catholic Church, 3201 South Evergreen Road, Tempe, Arizona. Due to Covid-19, the services will be socially distanced and attendees must wear a mask/face covering. The services will also be Live Streamed for those who cannot attend in person. Immediately following the Memorial Mass there will be a brief ceremony by the Arizona Nurse Honor Guard. Interment of Emma's cremated remains will take place at a later date at Resurrection Cemetery, 5201 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, Pennsylvania.
