He was born on November 25, 1964 the son of Angel and Dominga (Velasquez) Gutierrez in Mexico. He worked as a truck driver. No formal services are planned. Fernando's cremated remains will be returned to his childhood home in Mexico. Richardson Funeral Home, Tempe, Arizona is compassionately serving the family.
