JImmie Heatherly Obituary

Jimmie Ray Heatherly of Apache Junction, Arizona passed from this life Sunday, April 14, 2019 at Banner Baywood Medical Center, Mesa, Arizona. He was 79. Jim was born August 24, 1939 in Cardin, Oklahoma to William Ott and Opal Faye (Jones) Heatherly. He had lived in Arizona since 1960, moving there from Cardin, Oklahoma. He was in the grocery sales business. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Kenneth Heatherly and infant sister, Mary Lou Heatherly and a step daughter, Patricia Luna. Jimmie is survived by his wife, Donna Nolte of the home, his son Mike Heatherly and wife Kelli of Grove, Oklahoma, a step son, Jason Nolte and fiance’ Osha Daddabbo, 2 daughters, Terri Powers and husband Larry of Vinita, Oklahoma and Debbie Jones and husband Gene of Miami, Oklahoma, son – in – law Paul Luna of Mesa, Arizona, his brother, Clarence Elmer Heatherly of Wickenburg, Arizona, grandchildren, James Michael Heatherly, Jr., Roxie Heatherly, Zach and Jenn Heatherly, Tommy Heatherly, Lacy and Nick Cook, Jessica and Courtney Powers, Joey Powers and fiancé Cassandra Milks, Heather Jones, Bobby and Summer Shaffer, Johanna Contryman, Aaliyah Nolte, Anaiyah Daddabbo, Elijah Daddabbo and Laianyah Nolte, 7 great grandchildren Desneka, Brooke, Eric, Kyra, Tyler, Kaylee and Payton and 2 great great grandchildren Miya and Olivia. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 19, 2019. at Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, Oklahoma. Rev. Geoff Buffalo will officiate. Interment will be in G.A.R. Cemetery in Miami, Oklahoma. Jason Nolte, Joey Powers, Zach Heatherly, Tommy Heatherly, Ricco Heatherly and Nick Cook will serve as pallbearers. A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2019 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Paul Thomas Funeral Home Chapel in Miami, Oklahoma. Richardson Funeral Home, Tempe, Arizona and Paul Thomas Funeral Home, Miami, Oklahoma are both compassionately serving the family.
