James Douglas Woods, 51 of Tempe, Arizona passed away at his home on May 30, 2020. He was born on September 10, 1968 the son of Larry and Carolyn (Douglas) Woods in Los Angeles, Calforing. Larry was working as an Automobile Salesman at time of his death and had lived in Arizona since 2014. No formal services are planned at this time.
