Julie Ann Stewart, 60 of Mesa, Arizona passed away on July 8, 2021 at Banner Baywood Medical Center, Mesa, Arizona. She was born on March 1, 1960 the daughter of Fernando Huizar and Harriet (Quattrochi) Porter in San Jose, California. She is survived by her loving husband, John, and her two children in California; daughter Kelly and son Tyler, as well as her beautiful granddaughter Tahlia, and numerous family members and countless friends. Julie worked in Retail Sales for many years, with a talent for styling her clients effortlessly. She had lived in Arizona for the past two years and made dozens of new friends very quickly. Julie loved her first grandbaby Tahlia, Brighton jewelry, her girl’s trips, her new life in Arizona, soaking up the sun, dancing to the funky music of the 70s, tapioca pudding and being close with her family and friends. She was the life of every party with her sassy, feisty and fun personality and had a smile to light up every room she entered. Always on the lookout for some fun, Julie was often getting her friends and family together for a loud game of Bunko, Farkle, or LCR, a river trip, or a quick getaway. Her vast friendships were as deep as they were wide. She was truly a person who loved people and made them feel comfortable and loved. A Celebration of Julie's life will be held on Friday, July 23, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Compass Christian Church, The Bridge Phase II, 824 West Germann Road, Chandler, Arizona.
