He was born on November 7, 1941 the son of Malcolm and Mabel (Woodward) Lhotka in Watervliet, Michigan. He worked as an Accountant in the Gaming industry for many years and had lived in Arizona for the past 8 years. Services and interment of Malcolm's cremated remains will take place at a later date in Palm Springs, California..
