Nicholas Del Vecchio, Jr. (82) of Chandler, AZ went home to be with the Lord on June 20, 2021. Nicholas was born January 9, 1938, in Hackensack, NJ, and achieved both an Electrical Engineering (1963) and Master’s Degree (1967). In 1993 Nicholas purchased a Manufacturers’ Representative Firm, then named it D&L Technical Sales, Inc, where he worked partnered with John Leediker, and both Joan and LynnRenee worked alongside them. Nicholas loved building relationships and serving people and he continued working the business until his passing. His motto was “People Over Profits and Relationships over Revenue”. Nick is survived by his wife of 62 years, Joan T. Del Vecchio; his sister Margret Siano (husband Mike); four children, Joanne Van Winkle (husband David), Michael (Wife Suzanne), Thomas, and Charles (wife Karen); eight grandchildren, Nicholas III (wife Madison), Alexander (wife Jesse), Philip, Ashley, Ryan, Elizabeth, Andrea, and Andy; and six great grandchildren, Kennedy, Regan, Matthew, Lincoln, Ezra, and Akhai. Nicholas impacted everyone he came in contact with in a positive way. He was a sincere, hardworking gentlemen, and was known to always conduct himself with integrity. In memory of Nick Del Vecchio, and the house fire they endured in 2017, the family asks that donations go to the Chandler Fire Dept. Chandler AZ 85225.
