A Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 2121 South Rural Road, Tempe, Arizona. Richardson Funeral Home, Tempe, Arizona is compassionately serving the Fahy family.
