Phyllis Carol Blackford, 77 of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on March 9, 2022 at Abrazo Central Campus Hospital, Phoenix, Arizona. She was born on January 13, 1945 the daughter of William and Beatrice (Anderson) Reese in New Castle, Pennsylvania. Carol worked as a Customer Service Representative in the Retail industry for many years and had lived in Arizona since the age of 10. No formal services are planned at this time. Left to cherish her memory are her two children, Roy Blackford of Ellensburg, Washington and Deborah Blackford of Phoenix, Arizona. Richardson Funeral Home, Tempe, Arizona is compassionately serving the Blackford family.
