Renae Michele Spiker, 54 of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on January 26, 2021 at Banner Estrella Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona. She was born in Missouri on February 26, 1966 the daughter of Alfred and Loretta (Youngman) Robbins. She was a homemaker all of her life and had lived in Arizona since the age of 6. Due to Covid-19, no formal services are planned at this time. Richardson Funeral Home, Tempe, Arizona is compassionately serving the Spiker family.
