There was no distance too far, Rodney was sure to be involved in anything his children desired to do. He did whatever it took to make sure he could give the love of his life, Brenda, the world because she and the family they built together were his world. He loved all of his grandchildren and spent many days taking them for walks through the neighborhood. Rodney was a beacon of positivity and wisdom with a one of a kind laugh. He had immense patience and he always lent an understanding ear when it was needed. He always carried his roots in Kentucky proudly and it all stemmed from a deep love of family.
