Shirley Joyce Maddox, 63 of Lubbock, Texas passed away on April 26, 2021 in Tempe, Arizona while undergoing treatments for breast cancer. She was born on December 23, 1957 the daughter of Glen and Frances (Irwin) Muldrow in Tacoma, Washington. She worked as a Teacher for many years and had only been in Arizona for the past 3 weeks. No formal services are planned at this time. Left to cherish her memory are her 5 children, Mary Payne, Amy Baker, David Maddox, and Benjamim Maddox, all of Lubbock, Texas and Emily Carnevale of Arlington, Virginia. Richardson Funeral Home, Tempe, Arizona is compassionately serving the Maddox family.
