Shirley A. Oliver, 81 of Mesa, Arizona passed away at her home on January 3, 2020. She was born on May 4, 1938 the daughter of James and Lillian (Revell) Stratton in Tyler, Texas. She worked as a Tax Assessor and lived in Arizona for the past 7 years. Left to cherish her memory are her 5 children, Laura Randleman, Kay Hardin, Geoff Oliver, Nicholas Oliver, and Greg Oliver. No formal services are planned. Richardson Funeral Home, Tempe, Arizona is compassionately serving the family.
