Velma Marie Smith, 77 of Tempe, Arizona passed away on February 21, 2018. She was born on August 22, 1940 the daughter of Milford and Ella (Baughman) Lisk in Meadville, Pennsylvania. She moved to Arizona in 1961 and worked as a Registered Nurse for many years. No formal services are planned at this time. Left to cherish her memory are her five children, Twyla Hornsby, Michael Sharley, Michelle Sharley, Rebecca Harb, and Stephen Sharley. Richardson Funeral Home, Tempe, Arizona is compassionately serving the family.
